Tüketiciler artık yalnızca etin lezzetini değil, nereden geldiğini de bilmek istiyor. Karekod (QR) tabanlı izlenebilirlik, bu beklentiye verilen en somut yanıttır. Paketin üzerindeki kodu okutan bir tüketici; ürünün hangi hayvandan, hangi tarihte ve hangi tesiste üretildiğini saniyeler içinde görebilir.
Şeffaflık güven demektir
İzlenebilirlik, bir sorun yaşandığında hızlı müdahale imkânı sağlar; ancak asıl değeri, hiçbir sorun olmadığında bile tüketiciye verdiği güvendir. Ürünün geçmişi açık olduğunda, satın alma kararı korkuyla değil bilgiyle verilir.
B.B.S izlenebilirlik sistemi
Geliştirdiğimiz sistemde her paket benzersiz bir karekod taşır. Bu kod, kesim, parçalama, soğuk zincir ve paketleme bilgilerini içeren kayda bağlanır. Tüketici, satış veya fiyat gibi içsel bilgileri görmeden yalnızca ürünle ilgili güven verici bilgilere ulaşır.

Consumers today want to know not only how meat tastes, but also where it comes from. QR-based traceability is the most concrete answer to this expectation. A consumer who scans the code on the package can see, within seconds, which animal the product came from, when and at which facility it was produced.
Transparency means trust
Traceability enables rapid response when a problem arises; but its real value is the trust it gives consumers even when nothing is wrong. When a product's history is open, the purchasing decision is made with knowledge rather than fear.
The B.B.S traceability system
In the system we developed, every package carries a unique QR code. This code is linked to a record containing slaughter, cutting, cold chain and packaging information. The consumer reaches only reassuring product information, without seeing internal data such as sales or pricing.
